By registering and attending The Voice Over Mastery Event you acknowledge, and understand, that you are participating in a Randy Thomas Presents LLC event of your own free-will and agree to hold Randy Thomas, its sponsors, presenters, staff, volunteers, other personnel associated with this event and venues harmless and indemnify them wholly and severally for any injury that you may suffer or damage that you may cause. You give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly and do hereby assume responsibility for your own well-being and safety.

Recording, and Photography

By registering for and attending this event, you hereby give permission to be photographed, audio/video recorded, and your likeness to be used for the purpose of promoting this, and future events, and/or archiving. There is no compensation offered or implied. No person contracted by Randy Thomas Presents will ask you to purchase photographs, audio, or visual materials. Please inform us of any person who attempts to do so. Randy Thomas Presents wholly owns all photographs and audio/video recordings taken by contracted photographers, audio, and video personnel.We reserve the right to photograph events, sessions, or any other activities related to this event without further notice.

Cancellation and Refund Request Policy

All event transactions are final. No Refunds shall be provided. Please check the cancellation policy of the hotel in which you are staying if you need to cancel your hotel reservation. Randy Thomas Presents will not be responsible for any refunds from any hotel. Cancellations by sponsors, exhibitors, and/or presenters shall be governed by their specific contracts and arrangements with Randy Thomas Presents.
