NEWS FROM THE VOICEOVER MASTERY EVENT

Our Mission Statement

We all have a voice, and something of value to share. The Mastery of Voiceover Event’s mission is to Educate, Engage and Empower all voice actors who are passionate about telling stories, sharing messages and informing others, with the power of their voice.

Use Your Voice, Live Your Dream!

Welcome to the first NEWS post for The Voiceover Mastery Event: A November to Remember! The event begins on Friday, November 14, and ends on Sunday, November 16, 2014. Our team is working very hard to produce a one-of-a-kind voiceover event that will help attendees create the life of their dreams. Let’s begin with an introduction of the remarkable team of presenters and staff via a quote from our Executive Producer and hostess of the event, Randy Thomas:

“In the world of Voice Over, there are folks that succeed, but don’t consider themselves successful unless they are offering a hand to bring someone else forward and helping them find success. The people that come to mind that are thoughtful, caring, gifted and generous with their time and insight are Joe and Ann Cipriano, Melissa Disney, Kurt Kelly, Ann Ganguzza, David Goldberg, Graeme Spicer, George Whittam, Zurek-Rick Party, Chris Corley and Event Director Denise Chamberlain. ”

Not only have we gathered the “greats” in the voiceover business to share their time and expertise, we’ve partnered with the pillars of the Fort Myers community to create a unique and comfortable experience for the attendees.

Jim Griffith, the CEO and Executive Director of The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center (SBDAC) in the Beautiful Historic Downtown River District of Fort Myers, Florida, has generously opened the doors of the center for our event. Ford’s Garage, famous for their delicious burgers, lobster mac ‘n cheese, and truffle fries, will be providing the sumptuous food for our Friday evening Welcome Cocktail Party at The Tincture Art Gallery, owned by the ever-smiling Terry Tincher.

On Sunday, we’ll gather together at the SBDAC for a LIVE book reading for the children of The Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. This is our opportunity as attendees to give back to a community that cares for, and cures our nation’s children of life-threatening illnesses, and brings hope to their families.

The entire event will be filmed and photographed by a collaboration between Kurt Kelly, Producer, CEO and President of LiveVideo, Inc., and Full Sail University. They will be hosting interviews, roving the event with cameras, and taking impromtu photographs. Our sincere THANKS to Kurt Kelly, Melissa English, and Steve Kane for their generosity to produce and memorialize our event.

We invite you to visit our news page of The Voiceover Mastery Event: A November to Remember daily to see what’s happening as we progress towards November 14th.
